What we collect
The details you type to create a song (names, occasion, memories, style), the lyrics, the generated audio, your email address, and basic usage events (for example that a preview was played). Payment details are handled by our payment provider.
Why
To write, record and deliver your song, to prevent abuse, and to improve the product. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising profiles.
Who processes it
Anthropic (lyrics), fal.ai and the music models it hosts (recording), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage, EU), Stripe (payments) and our email provider (delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Sharing
Your song page is private to anyone holding its link. After purchase, the gift page shows the title, lyrics, audio and the names you entered to anyone with that link. Neither page is listed in search engines.
Retention and your rights
We keep songs so you can come back to them. You can ask us to delete your song and data at any time, or request a copy, by writing to the contact address published on this page before launch. Residents of the EU, UK and Switzerland have rights under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP, including access, correction and deletion.
