songgift creates personalized songs from the description you give us. Lyrics and vocals are generated by artificial intelligence; results vary and may not be perfect.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make purchases.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to share what you tell us, and that it is not hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory or otherwise unlawful. We may refuse or remove any song that breaks these rules.

Don't ask us to copy existing songs, lyrics or real artists' voices.

Your song

After purchase you may download, keep and share your song for personal, non-commercial purposes — for example playing it at a party or posting it for friends and family. AI-generated works may not be eligible for copyright protection, so we can't grant exclusive rights.

Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected song.
